Kirthana Sunil is one of the famous fashion designers in the Tollowood right now, she entered industry in the year 2005 and has always been an amazing designer.
Kirthana was born on 30th November 1984 in Secunderabad, Telangana. She was born to Mr. Anand Goud and Mrs. Sudha Anand. Kirthana has two younger brothers and a sister.
She did her schooling from St. Ann’s school at Secunderabad, Telangana. Later she joined Narayana Junior College to pursue her Intermediate in Mathematics group. She then started her degree at Badruka college in BCA stream but had to discontinue to follow her passion. Kirthana’s mother understood her struggle and encouraged her to pursue a career in her willing and favorite stream.
Kirthana then joined a fashion designing course at Hamstech in Himayat Nagar, she belonged to the early batches of this institute and came out with flying colors. She even completed many of her hobby courses in parallel to this one.

Kirthana when asked about her struggle to enter the film industry said that “Trust me, by god’s grace it’s been easy for me as I met Rashmi Gautam and she liked my work and then I soon started working with her.
She has always been encouraging and supportive to me, I really got surprised to know her in person and her down-to-earth nature because I always thought that the industry might not accept outsiders soon and expected a tougher start than one with ease.
Then later I happened to meet Sreemukhi and from that point my career took a turn and I have always seen growth in my career graph since then.”
Kirthana’s journey with Sreemukhi has been a special one and when asked about their first meet she replied, “The day I met Sremukhi was a tough one for her as her existing designer was unable to provide her the outfit and then I asked whether I could help her, she then accepted my request and wanted me to work on her outfit.
The outfit that I designed received many appraisals and that was the point where I started our first official project journey for the reality show Bhale Chance Le. Since then we’ve been a team and I worked on many projects for her.”
Since 2016, Kirthana has been working as a personal designer for Sree Mukhi. Kirthana handles all the design work of Sreemukhi for all the shows that she attends. In fact, she even designed costumes or outfits for Sree Mukhi when she was even taking part in Big Boss aired on Maa Tv – Telugu language.
Kirthana considers it delightful and challenging to work with one person and trying to show one person in various possible unique outfits for almost 5 years.
Kirthana Sunil worked with many famous and well-famed faces for their reality shows and movies such as Rashmi Gautam, Sreemukhi, Suma, Jhansi, Sadaa, Jyothi Sethi, Ranjana Mishra, Hari Teja, Neha Chowdary, and many more.
She officially worked for various projects on Zee Telugu for a couple of years and then designed outfits for Bigg boss Season 3 launch episode for all contestants. She even worked on the outfits of all the contestants for the Super Singers program telecasted in the channel Maa TV in Telugu. She is the Official Designer for the Logo change event of Zee Telugu for all actors in 2017-2018.
Kirthana was brought up in a joint family filled with mixed emotions and love from everyone. She considers every day of her childhood as one of her best memories and feels proud and happy to be part of such an amazing family.
She had spent most of her childhood in their farms and moving around her village.
Though Kirthana started her career in early 2005 she even had to face some bad days and had to stop her work for some time in the middle. Later, she then gave a restart to her work with her family support in the year 2010 and has been a successful designer until now without any downfall.
Asking about role model Kirthana said that she has always been inspired by many women out there who worked so hard to tie ends of the rope together and stood still in their career in spite of many troubles.
Kirthana in one of her statements said that she would love to work with children related stuff other than designing and would surely choose it as an alternate career option.
Currently, she is working with Sree Mukhi for her YouTube channel and is even handling the work of some of her other clients.
